We are a small, close team of practitioners who like hard problems. Our work is helping organisations change how they operate with AI, and what we care about most is that the change is real: systems people use every day, and teams that can keep improving them after we step back.
We are a good blend of people, united by a love of good stories, which shows up in shared obsessions with music, gaming and most things streamable. You'll also likely hear us talking about growing our own vegetables (we have a dedicated #regen Slack channel).

Runs Whitesmith's finance and marketing on AI agents she built herself. Brings the same workflows to client operations, from project management skills at a retail group to reconciliation and invoicing automation for a campaign advertising company. She also trains non-technical teams to use AI in their daily work.
Head of Engineering
Implements AI operating models inside live engineering organisations in the retail and financial industries. He owns the AI development playbook these teams follow and coaches them as they adopt it.

Builds mobile features with agents doing most of the planning, coding and checks. For a client in the mobility industry, he shipped a wallet where AI wrote all the code, with real money moving through it. He also tests whether an agent can QA a mobile app the way a person taps through it.

Builds native iOS and Android apps with AI agents that follow our team's code rules, then test and review the work. He presented this four-layer blueprint (context, build, test, review) in our webinar on building mobile apps with AI agents.

Builds security into the development flow, with agents that review every commit and try to disprove each other's findings before a person sees them. He leads this security work for several clients and manages a mobility client's infrastructure with agents.

Turns manual operations into AI workflows and builds the product around them using agents. He leads the AI enablement of business operations for clients in advertising and creative industries. He is also building Whitesmith's new hiring flow.

Redesigns software development processes around skills and agents, from specs and coding to QA, and is doing this across a large retail group's engineering teams. He presents our latest webinars on AI for software teams, showing how to rebuild a development process with goals, loops and agent swarms.
