Whitesmith is an AI-first technology partner, the practitioner-led alternative to traditional consultancies. We work with leadership teams and engineering organisations to design AI-enabled operating models, then implement them inside real businesses and stay until the change holds.

The team combines deep experience in technical leadership, software engineering, product management and AI systems design. We have worked with organisations across Europe and the US, from scale-ups to global enterprise teams. We also build the AI we sell: the skills, agents and workflows that run our own finance, operations and sales are the same patterns we deploy for clients.

Client work runs in small teams. An engagement lead owns the outcome and the relationship, and forward deployed engineers build inside the client's workflows, next to the people who use them.

We are a distributed team

Whitesmith is a distributed team across London and Portugal, working with clients globally. We built the company on one idea: experienced people do their best work when they have autonomy, trust and interesting problems to solve. We bring the same idea to clients when they adopt AI.
