Whitesmith joined their innovation team in order to deeply understand the main problems of their current operation and work on a proof of concept to validate a potential solution.

Using our expertise in discovery and understanding problems, we were able to get relevant insights from all different stakeholders in order to devise a solution that could improve the way information is shared across the supply chain.

Our tech nerdiness and our client's innovation spirit allowed us to build a POC where we could experiment with blockchain technology and use their advantages to build a marketplace where our client and their suppliers could interact in a transparent way while having a great user experience.

The good feedback and validation from the different stakeholders and the possibility of new revenue streams to our client showed how innovation can happen in an agile way with blended teams and knowledge transfer.
