Radical COVID response bringing offline resources to online learning aimed at young students


Working with a market leading company in the area of education, pedagogy and learning, who needed to urgently transition from in-person interactions to a full digital experience to allow young students to keep their learning routine despite covid limitations.

Required a very quick response into addressing the sudden need of remote learning for both teachers and students, which meant a total digital transformation of their offline experience in three weeks.

We took full technical ownership, architecting the tech strategy and planning execution, on a dual track of also delivering autonomy to allow the client to proceed onwards after launch.
Embedding a continuous discovery process and lean adaptation to market needs and opportunities.


Our process allowed us to leverage the learning from the first iteration to improve upon the data and insights collected for the next iteration during the second lockdown.
